Get to know your life & health goal
Instructor will learn from you on your wish list i.e. relief back pain so you can enjoy holding your baby longer or improve core strength so you can enjoy outdoor activities with your son.

Total body consultation
Instructor will observe and determine your posture alignment to create an individual, tailor made therapeutic exercise program.

Continuity in session
The exercise set in each session in the program is designed to ensure that you are targeting exactly what your body needs to improve to achieve your goal.

The instructor will give you not only verbal but physical cue to guide and assist the client to find effective positioning and get the most out of each movement practice.
